Is there anyway to send the vacuum back to the base from the app? My vacuum keeps getting lost and or stuck and can’t get back to the base. I am so frustrated.

Nice review! We just got our Bob Pet Hair SLAM over the holidays and it has been great so far. The package arrived with a birth announcement attached to the box showing the delivery date, baby name ("Bob" and our last name, and the weight written on the announcement. It was so cute and it was such a clever way to start our customer experience. It looked just like a real birth announcement. 😁 Customer service then reached out to me a few days after it arrived and the rep was really nice. She said she just wanted to check on us and see if we had any questions or issues with getting everything set up and running. She even extended my warranty for another 6 months. I've been super happy with it so far. Cleaning has been really easy and today we tried out the mopping feature for the first time. Like you, I'm only using distilled water, just to make sure we don't get any issues from hard water. We have a combination of carpeted rooms as well as hard flooring with rugs in some areas, so I'm playing around with the map features to figure out the best way to block Jade from going into the carpeted rooms and then keep her off the rugs while still mopping the hard surfaces. Today I sectioned off one room using map boundary lines and then just cleaned that space to test the features. That seemed to work for that single room but I'm wondering how to do it with the whole main level. My wife wanted the jade color so we named ours "Jade" of course! 😂

Did your nightstands beside the bed have any electrical outlets on the stands themselves or near them?

Nobody could get the Bobsweeps to mop correctly like other companies. It vacuums great though.

RE: The filter The air goes in the mesh side, and out the other side. You have it backwards. The mesh traps stuff against the pleats so it cant be cleaned. What I do is carefully cut all the mesh away so I can clean the pleated filter. I have a large house with several pets so my old D5 works hard, running about 4 times per week. I can use the same filter for a least a year at a time.

Can someone help me? I'm looking for a similar cookie. But the dough is flattened into a round and cut into six equal segments. Then the cherry is placed in the center. The "petals" are folded up around the center and the cookie is baked as is. The result is a cookie that looks like a rose but with a cherry at the center. I've looked through Google but this is the only thing that comes close and the shape isn't right.

I have a 2100 sf house and Bob can’t finish in one charge, but then it goes back to charger and starts all over again.🙁Consequently it never is able to map the whole house as it runs out of power again.

You have the airflow reversed. Air comes in through the bottom of the vacuum and hits the mesh. There's no reason to clean the back of the filter because nothing gets stuck there. Thanks for the rest of the review. Edit: The tool is for the brushes, not the back of the filter which doesn't ever need to be cleaned. Well, I can see where someone might call it a heepa filter, but it's pronounced "Hepa" like the "e" in bet.

Great review! Have had mine for a few days and really enjoy it. Overall great sweep function. Cleaning it is a pain tho as you mentioned, but trying to get into a habit of routine maintenance. Haven’t tried the mop feature yet, is water the only liquid that can be used in the attachment? Was wondering if I could add other floor cleaning solutions?

Nice review. I also have a ‘Bob’ slam and a ‘Jasper’. Actually was apprehensive that ‘Bob’ would be able to replace house vacuuming with the obstacles to maneuver. I was completely wrong. Bob and Jasper do an incredible job. I absolutely love these helpful robots. Highly recommend myself.
